The Maintenance Technician role includes the following responsibilities:

• Performs routing preventative maintenance functions.
• Provides maintenance on buildings and grounds
• Repairs equipment as needed.
• Ability to perform electrical/gas welding.
• Performs basic plumbing repairs.
• Helps analyze blueprints and electrical schematics
• Consults with Manufacturing Manager and other personnel regarding equipment information such as capacity, electric, pneumatic and mechanical requirement capacities.
• Works directly with the Maintenance Lead to build new tooling and equipment including setup and first run production.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints, shop drawings and electrical schematics.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with operational team members and leaders to identify and address mechanical and maintenance issues.
